i'm back.. and should be kicked in the ass for posting this now.. i have assignments and exams to study for but yet, here i am.. so lets get it over with..

didnt run this morning because i had backaches.. so i supervised the ones who came and then did exercises with them... came home for lunch then back to courts... played a match with JiangLi and my back proved to be more of a menace than i thought.. lost 3-0... Allan i know i shouldnt lose so badly but it was difficult to move around...

coaching after that and back home.. bathed and waited for parents... went to Super Tanker for dinner...
