Just felt like writting...

Its been awhile since I have had a properly written blog post. I find it a little draggy and I prefer vlogs now that I've started because well, its just so much more fun to vlog. So why am I writing instead of doing something stupid in front of my camera? Truth is that I'm just not in the mood. The Christmas vlog mood is gone and I'm left with this "screw-the-world" attitude. Take note that as I start this post, I still have no idea of what I want to talk about. I'm just winging it.

I'll start off with a quote:
"Fake friends are like cheap products. Its nice when you first got it, but it only lasts until you realize how lousy it is."

That is an original quote by yours truly by the way. Unless someone else thought of it before then it would just mean that I didn't know he/she said it? I'm not making any sense.

As 2010 comes to an end, I find myself constantly thinking about the past. I think of all the memories I've had in school and with my friends. I think of all the people in my life who betrayed me and caused problems. I think of all the people I used to hate (or still hate).

I'm turning 20 in a few months time and it scares me. The fact that I can no longer be classified as a teen just makes me sit down and really think things through. Have I done enough? Have I done all I could to be the person I am today? What have I done anyway?

Experiences make a person. As for me, I built myself from all the bad things. The betrayal, the hurt, the disappointments, all these things shaped me. I know there are more people out there with bigger issues than myself but I feel that all these events in my life has taught me to never let my guard down. Never let anyone in. Now at 19, I have my guard up so high I just can't trust anyone. I do have a small circle of friends that I'd trust so much, I'd put my life in their hands without a doubt. But for most cases, I wouldn't.

Two years in college has taught me that people will not hesitate to take you down if you stand in their way of something. If you think high school is worse, think again. I used to think that high school people are full of drama and that once I go to college, things will all get better. What I had learned within the first month of college totally changed my perspective of things. In high school, people argue and fight and call each other names. In college, everything goes down under the radar. Nothing is ever what it seams. The smile you see on each face hides the monster that lies underneath just waiting for the right moment to take down whoever it wishes.

I actually have so much more on my mind that I'd like to spill out because its eating my up from inside. The smile on my face everyday just hides all the frustration and now you all know. I was expecting this post to be so much longer. Something like a 10 page final report. More to come. It feels good to be writing after a long long absence from college. I really can't wait to start classes once I transfer to the States. I just hope my brain could still process new things.

I'm not happy of the progress I made today. Although I've released part of my burden, I still have so much inside that needs to be released. I really want to clear out everything before I go off.

Speaking of going off, that's another thing that disappoints me. But I won't and I can't talk about it because its not pretty. This is actually one of the main contributing factors to my mood these days. But whatever. I am leaving whether you guys like it or not. Honestly, I don't give a damn. I bet you all feel the same. Its been 19 years and now its time for me to spread my wings (and fly like a G6).

I will be going on a digital freeze for a week starting Christmas day. Digital freeze is a term I created to name a challenge I have created for myself. I plan to live life without Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, blogging, vlogging, 3G, and internet for a week. I know I complained about not being able to go online in Australia but to be completely honest, it was the most stressful period of my life ever since I started having access to the internet (aside from the navigating of course). This challenge is to try and capture the peace I had felt back when I was on vacation in Australia.

I'm stressed. I'm tired. I'm cranky. I need a solution. I need a way out.

See you guys in my next post. If I don't post up anything before Christmas, see you on New Year's day.

Ivan

Merry Christmas!

Christmas songs should just remain as the classics and not anything from Lady Gaga. Anyway a very Merry Christmas to all my viewers and a Happy New Year! Happy Holidays and enjoy every moment left with me if you are in Penang because I'll be leaving soon! haha.

Merry Christmas!

Twister, Twisted, GRENADE!

I have honestly NEVER played Twister in my life before. Went over to Melvin's new crib and played Twister with the OLLOs in his room. The rest was history. The song Grenade by Bruno Mars has become a very popular song among err..... ALL humans so I thought I'd give it a go...

*Longest vlog ever @ 11minutes. Pictures to follow. I still haven't posted pictures for the last vlog.*

Card Games, 7aste, and Breakfast...

The OLLO gang came over to my place to play card games last week. Random visit from them because I couldn't go out. I was at 32 Mansion for 7aste with Melvin and Ning (I was the bright lamp, obviously). After a long night at 7aste, we head home and had our breakfast shortly after.

*Will update with pictures soon but for now its just my vlog*

Do you ever feel like a plastic bag...?

OLLO!

This word is getting very addictive. Anyway we ditched the campfire and had some real fun. Ning, Daniel, it was nice to meet you both. Janice, good to see you again. Melvin, .... Melvin...

Random fun. I need more of this before I leave for the states. Till then... OLLO!

Ballads...

These two tracks are definitely my favorite ballads at the moment. New group S.M. The Ballad's  Miss You and 2AM's You Wouldn't Answer My Calls. S.M. The Ballad is a group that SME started with Super Junior's Kyuhyun, SHINee's Jonghyun, TRAX's Jay, and rookie Jino. All of which have very good vocals. I guess they were formed to compete with 2AM? Anyway here are the tracks. I don't get the MVs though.

Do let me know if you guys understand the Music Video. Especially the 2AM one.

Just had my lunch. Felt random.

I was itching to make a video after I had my lunch so here it is. Nothing much just a plain vlog but it is the first video I've made during the day in a very long time. Most of my videos were made when you guys were asleep. So yes I was being random and I don't have anything else to say. WATCH!

What now...?

If you guys have read the comments on the chatbox to the right, Decay and Guest have both voiced out their strong opinion on the videos I've been making. Guest claims that my videos are awkward and offensive while Decay said they were horrendous and lame. Decay also had a go at my Kpop addiction and called me a hypocritical being. Funny how I am thankful for the comments.

Well I have removed my videos for the time being because what Guest said kinda hit me. I mean, I'm no longer a kid so I can't go around offending everyone and expect to get away with it. Even though I'd love to.

So what does this mean? Where do I go from here? I have decided to do only vlogs for the time being but IF I find good and unoffensive material, I might just make videos of it. I will however try to complete my "Australia Vacation Summary" and "Things I'll Miss" video series. I don't think those would offend anyone now would it? What say you, Decay and Guest?

I also took Decay's comment seriously and thought about what impact my videos had. Dude/Girl, if I offended your "peeps", grow a pair and get over it. My Kpop addiction has nothing to do with the videos. How stupid are you to ask me the question "How different are you compared to those you claim to be snapping the 'new era' pictures?" ? I am diffenrent because I simply don't take those "new era" profile pictures. Are you like brain dead? I guess I've hit a spot seeing how badly you took that video. Do you even know what hypocrite means? Being a hypocrite would require me to have the "new era" picture in my own social networking profiles and calling the others lame. But I don't have those "new era" pictures, now do I? Please think before you vomit words all over the place. I accept your comment on my videos and how badly it was made and that was exactly what I asked for. You should've just stopped there mate.

Everyone pokes a little fun at others all the time. I like to put it out there for my friends to see. Please save yourself the pain and stop watching. I cannot promise you that I'll meet your "standards" in my future videos. Kpop is a choice of music and everyone has the right to choose what they listen. I can think of a million people who can tell me Kpop is not as good as the music they listen to so just zip your pussy of a mouth and shove it. Like I said, Kpop has nothing to do with any of the videos. Its just something I like.

Well I could've made this entire post a video and talk non-stop but I had decided to put it in words because it has been awhile. Guest, thank you for your comments and if I had offended you, I apologize. As I said in my reply, in time, my content will change. It was never meant to be offensive. I did because I had free time and wanted to try things out. As for you, my dear friend Decay, I guess I've said all there is for me to say for now. But I do have one more thing to say before I click "PUBLISH"...................

GO FUCK YOURSELF. =)

Have a nice day everybody!

Profile Pictures #1

I've noticed a trend lately. People have been taking interesting "new era" profile pictures and I think I should let you guys know. Let me know what you think. Cool? or just plain weird? You tell me.

Agents of Secret Stuff

Gotta love this A.S.S.! Ryan Higa and Wong Fu Productions recently made a short film called "Agents of Secret Stuff" or A.S.S. for short. Its really an amazing film I mean just think about how these guys made it. No professionals, no crew, no big budget. They did it for the fans. Amazing stuff. Two thumbs up to the guys.

Watch the short film now if you haven't. You wont regret it. It has just enough of the usual Ryan Higa humor. Enjoy!

Oh one more thing: actually two more..
(1) Ryan Higa can act.
(2) Arden Cho is pretty

Peace!

Was that Kev Jumba at the end of the video? LOL

Hoot (Dance Version) MV

I knew this day would come! Well actually "this day" had arrived while I was in Australia so once again, sorry for the delayed news.

SM Entertainment has finally released a dance version of Girls' Generation/SNSD's hit track Hoot. I'd like to think all SONEs around the world made it happen with their constant request for it but I guess it was coming all along. I love this video. I love SNSD. I. AM. SONE.

Beautiful by B2ST/Beast

I wasn't a big fan of this song when it was released but now after listening to it a few times while I was in Australia and after watching the MV, I think I kinda like it now.

This MV gives you a glimpse of the members of Beast and their dance skills. Of course not all of them danced but I can say Kikwang was cool. Now I know I may be behind on all this but forgive me. I have been away from civilization (and by civilization I mean internet) for 2 weeks. Check out the video:

[#3] I'm Back From The Oz.

Hey guys! I just returned from Australia last night and Just wanted to make this video to let you all know what I have coming up for you guys. Watch out for my special Australia episodes. Peace!

[#2] Before I go on a vacation... CHYEAH!

I'll be in Australia for the next 2 weeks so I made this for you guys so that you'll have one more video to watch while I'm gone. My last video actually made more people call me one of those THINGS rather than get more support like I hoped. I have nothing else up my sleeve so I got a friend of mine to talk to you guys.

Keep watching my videos and I will try to record while I'm in "The Land Down Under". See you guys when I get back. I love you guys. Really. Well, not the ones who called me one of those THINGS. I'll be back at the end of the month. See you then! As usual, leave your comments and let me know what you guys think. Thanks for watching!

*UPDATE* This is a random video of Yoona. Its just too cute to not post up. <3

[#1] I'M NOT "LALA"..!!

Alright guys so I recently changed my profile picture on Facebook and a few of my friends called my something I despise. Yes, they called me "LALA". I'm not happy about it so decided to clear things out with this video. At least I tried to clear things out. Conclusion? I'M NOT "LALA"..!!

For those of you who don't know what "LALA" means, its kinda hard for me to explain but if there are enough requests, I might just make a whole other video to explain what IT is.

*UPDATE* I removed this blog post earlier today because of the video quality. Now that I've fixed the problem, its back up.

Again, your feedback is really appreciated. I think I wanna do this regularly.

For those of you who couldn't catch the "Credits" at the end of the video, you can follow me @:

and do follow my blog =)

Thanks for watching! =)

Rocketeer by Far East Movement featuring Ryan Tedder

This is a really nice song. I found it this morning at Allkpop and I instantly liked it. Ryan Tedder from One Republic provides some of his awesome vocals for this new track by Far East Movement. Its not like a G6 but its still a nice song. Enjoy.

BROMANCE!

Former 2PM leader Jay Park or better known as Park Jaebeom recently featured in a video collaboration by Ryan Higa (nigahiga) and Wong Fu Productions to produce a short film called BROMANCE! Its actually very entertaining and the video is a huge hit because Jaywalkerz and Nigahiga fans are all watching it. Anyway here it is.

There was also a BTS video of BROMANCE so check it out.

SNSD performs My Best Friend and Hoot

The #1 trending topic on Twitter as I write this post was of course #hoot009mucore which stands for SNSD's performance at Music Core earlier today. The girls are on stage for the 3rd time in 2 days to continue their promotions for their latest mini-album "Hoot".

 Tiffany so pretty~~
*I couldn't get a nice screencap of Yoona. T_T*

They performed My Best Friend and Hoot. Both songs from their latest album. My Best Friend shows a softer side of SNSD as opposed to their image in songs like Run Devil Run and Hoot. This song lets the girls show off their vocals and they did not disappoint. Dressed in white, the girls put on a very catchy performance. I love these girls. =)

Hoot was amazing as well. Dressed in black this time, the girls ended Music Core with their title track and their kick-ass dance moves. Did I already say I love these girls?

SNSD first stage performance of "Hoot"

After releasing their highly anticipated MV for their latest track "Hoot", SONEs were eager to see the girls on stage for the first time with their new look, new outfits, and of course the new choreography.

The girls did not disappoint as the crowd was cheering from the moment the MC said "SO NYEO SI DAE" till the very end of the girls' performance. Dressed in Yoona's album photo, the girls were in navy and red outfits and rocked the song. Enough with the talk. Here are pictures from their rehearsals and their performance.

HOOT! HOOT! HOOT!

The time has finally come! Yes I am hours behind on this but SNSD has finally released their MV for the much anticipated title track "Hoot". This is a relief to SONEs around the world as we've all been stressing to get to watch the MV for days.

I was at the dentists waiting for my sister to get her teeth done and I received an SMS from my friend saying the MV was out. I freaked and had to settle for the low video quality of my mobile phone. I was ecstatic and couldn't wait to get home to watch it in HD.

So before I drive SONEs, which by have already seen the MV a million times, crazy again, here are the concept pictures from SNSD's 3rd mini-album "Hoot".

 Yoona! <3

 Jessica

 Taeyeon

 Tiffany

 Yuri

 Seohyun

 Sooyoung

 Sunny

 Hyoyeon

OK enough with the wait. I'm sure you guys have already seen the MV. So go ahead and watch it again. ;) Music Bank is tomorrow and I can't wait to see the girls on stage. Well, I've already seen them on stage last week. haha.

EPIC FAN

This is just so epic I had to share it with you readers. 2PM was recently at a fan meet and a signing session and this girls comes up to every member and goes:

"OPPA OPPA OPPA OPPA OPPA OPPA YOU KNOW I LOVE YOU THE MOST RIGHT OPPA OPPA OPPA OPPA YOU'RE SO HANDSOME OPPA OPPA CAN I TOUCH YOUR HAND OPPA OPPA OPPA"

Haha what I find even funnier is when she went to Junho he was already laughing after seeing Taecyeon and Junsu's encounter with their #1 fan. LOL. Junho saw her and went "yes OPPA!".. haha she's so funny but I think I would've done the same with SNSD's fan meet. But I'd try to calm down and speak to Yoona, Jessica, Taeyeon, Tiffany, and Yuri calmly. Of course I love the rest too but more attention to those mentioned. ;)

Here's the video:

KPOP Night Singapore 2010!

Before I start, let me say this...... OMFGFREAKINGAWESOMEISTILLSPAZZABOUTKPOPNIGHT!

Ok with that aside, lets begin. I went to Singapore for an awesome night. Not just any night, its KPop Night Singapore 2010! I've been waiting for this night for so long and finally it came! KPop Night Singapore 2010 features Korea's hottest idol groups like SNSD <3, SHINee, Big Bang, F.T. Island, INFINITE, The Boss, and ZE:A.

The night kicked off with F.T. Island as the opening act. I loved F.T. Island at one point of my Kpop addiction but then I just stopped listening to them. If there was any reason to listen to them again, it was KPop Night. They were amazing! Lead singer Lee Hongki's voice was amazing and I found myself singing along to songs like Love Love Love and I Hope.

The Boss was up next and honestly, I wasn't so pumped about their performance but the atmosphere in the Singapore Expo Hall was so overwhelming, it just got me all psyched about it. Their vocals were good too!

ZE:A then took the stage. I was never a fan of ZE:A but the atmosphere got to me again. They started with Mazeltov and I hated the song but that night, I was singing to it and cheering for ZE:A. Absolutely fantastic!

Rookie group INFINITE came on after ZE:A and performed their hit tracks Come Back Again and She's Back. INFINITE was way more awesome than The Boss and ZE:A and I loved the song Come Back Again. Their sleek moves caught my eye and got me dancing along even after the night has passed.

The crowd went bonkers as SHINee took the stage. Before the concert, there were rumored sightings of Jonghyun and many thought he would be making an unexpected appearance along with the other members of SHINee. Jonghyun was recently injured after a concert in Indonesia and was said to not be able to make it. The crowd went mad when SHINee opened their act with Noona Neomu Yeappo (Replay) and what sounded like Jonghyun's voice made the crowd even more ecstatic! Unfortunately Jonghyun wasn't there but SHINee was equally awesome with Key and Taemin sharing Jonghyun's parts. They then got the crowd dancing with Ring Ding Dong. The MCs for the night came out after Rind Ding Dong and all the fans were disappointed because we thought that was all SHINee had for the night. The lights went out and then..... Lucifer started and the crowd was hysterical! Seeing Lucifer LIVE made me love the dance so much more and I'd give SHINee a 10/10 for the night. The boys ended their performance with Hello.

It was so funny when Onew messed up Jonghyun's part at the beginning. =P

After SHINee, it was time for my vocal chords to be pushed to the max. SNSD took the stage with Genie and as soon as the crowd heard the words "Sowoneul Malhaebwa" from Taeyeon, everyone erupted! The girls looked absolutely amazing as they wore their Japanese Genie MV sailor outfits. My eyes were fixed on my dearest Yoona and seeing her made my legs go weak.Tiffany made the cheers louder when she said "SINGAPORE, PUT IT BACK ON!" instead of "DJ, Put it back on!". The girls kept the crowd pumped with OH! and later continued with Run Devil Run. They sound more amazing live than when I see them on Music Bank. The girls ended their performance with Gee and it got the crowd chanting Gee Gee Gee Gee Baby Baby Gee Gee Gee Gee Baby Baby all the way. Tiffany again went "Listen Singapore. My first love story." instead of "Listen boy.My first love story". Tiffany and Jessica spoke the most when the MCs asked questions and their English is wow. Sooyoung and Seohyun surprised me when they spoke a little English as well. I was screaming like a fanboy when they said "HI WE ARE GIRLS' GENERATION! ANNYEONG HASEYO SO NYEO SI DAE IBNIDA!"

Melted when I saw this <3

Finally, the closing act was none other than THE Big Bang. They kicked things off with Gara Gara GO! and kept the crowd in a euphoric state with hits like Lies, Number 1, Last Farewell, and Haru Haru. These boys are true performers. G-Dragon, Taeyang, T.O.P, Seungri, Daesung were all awesome!

All in all, it was an awesome concert and I wish I could live that night all over again. I'm gonna start saving money for more concerts to come! =) It was a night to remember. Truly unforgettable. I saw my dream girl Yoona, I saw the 9 Goddesses of SNSD, I saw SHINee and their Lucifer dance, I saw my idol Taeyang and Big Bang, I felt at home in a crowd full of Kpop addicts.
